Duties & Responsibilities:

 Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Must be able to manage a variety of projects and tasks at the same time. Must have the ability to work productively in a fast- paced environment. Will keep time and material records. Develop knowledge of aggregate sizes and classifications. Must have knowledge of weight requirements of loads leaving the pit. Will provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors. Will adhere to company policy regarding inventory and payment collection.   Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft operating systems. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, swings). Valid Driver License - Must be able to travel for extended periods to locations in Mississippi. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and have the ability to work well with limited direction and supervision.
