Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA location for a Full-Time Operator/Invoicing Clerk, M-F 8am-5pm.

Responsibilites:

• Invoice packing slips for various branches.

• Answer multi-line main computerized company telephone and direct calls to appropriate departments/branches.

• Communicate and work closely with co-workers in other departments such as customer service, warehouse, sales, and transportation to ensure customers are billed correctly and inventory is correct.

• Pull proofs of delivery in warehouse setting.

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications:

• -High School Diploma or GED

• -Minimum experience in computer skills/data entry 2 years

• -Previous experience with multi-line telephone system a must

• -Accuracy and attention to detail

• -Excellent customer service skills

• -Professional phone skills

• -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• -Self-starter/motivated
