Associate Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative

•  Location:   Greensburg, Pennsylvania
• Pay Rate:   $22.00 - $25.00 per hour plus 30 % Commission on new business.

• Schedule:   Monday -- Friday, 9:00 AM -- 4:30 PM, Friday, 9:00 AM -- 4:00 PM

   Responsibilities

• Work with new and existing customers to review coverages and pricing of their insurance policies, answer questions, provide optional quotations and recommendations, claims assistance and other customer service duties

• Service an existing book of business and new clients as assigned
• Conduct coverage reviews and make recommendations
• Quote, issue, and service policies in Insurance Company portals/website
• Document policy information and correspondence with customers and carriers in agency management system
• Respond to customers' requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain insurance license through completing required continuing education

• Other related duties as assigned

   Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License

• Experience working in a property and casualty insurance agency
• Experience with EzLynx agency management system preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills, including phone and email etiquette
• Willingness and ability to learn a variety of company systems and procedures
• Organized, self-motivated with an attention to detail
• Strong technology/computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
