Job Title: Landscape Site Lead

Job Summary:

Landscape Site lead reports to Account Manager and is the custodian of the building’s exterior landscaped and non-landscaped areas. Examples include:

• Maintain lawn and bush hog areas throughout site.

• Supervise a crew of 5-6 associates in lawn maintenance

• Repairing fences and gates

• Storm water management

• Landscape/Snow removal and contractor supervision

• General landscape duties

• Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance

The role requires effective communication with client, supervisors, and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing landscaping task throughout the year/working supervisor

• Manage snow removal, associates, and subcontractors

• Storm water management

• Assist in vehicle and equipment Maintenance

• Trash removal and exterior furniture/fence repairs

• Effectively manage time sheets, billing, proposals, and other office supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Three or more years related experience is preferred.

• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid drivers license.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
