Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a production artist for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC! This position is a 100% remote freelance opportunity.

Position Overview: As a Production Designer specializing in Packaging & Branding, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our product packaging designs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to create visually appealing and functional packaging solutions that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging concepts, including structural design, graphics, and branding elements.

• Create detailed renderings and mock-ups to present packaging ideas to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

• Conduct market research to stay current with packaging trends, materials, and technologies.

• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and quality of packaging designs.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all packaging projects.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in packaging design, branding, and rendering.

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D rendering software (e.g., KeyShot, Cinema 4D), and CAD software.

• Excellent understanding of materials, print processes, and manufacturing constraints.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

• Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
