What you will do
The purpose of this job is to support the Services and Solutions portfolio for the Mack and Volvo dealer network, national accounts, leasing network and customers using Connected Services. This role interfaces regularly with dealers, customers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, Business Control, Volvo Financial Services and Digital & IT. This position plays a vital role in Volvo Group’s 2030 goal of 50% revenue from services by accurately and efficiently supporting the users of Services and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate quoting, ordering, invoicing and activation activities for the Services & Solutions Portfolio including:
Service Contracts
Purchased Coverage
Connected Services
Leasing Operations
Support the growth of the Services & Solutions portfolio through building and managing an enhanced renewal campaign strategy.
Collaborate with Digital & IT to enhance operational systems that enable Services & Solutions products.
Support cross-functional activities with the VFS Payment Solutions team to ensure successful payments for invoices issued within the GTNA invoicing systems.
Compile data needed from sales systems for statistical reports, including quote activity, active contract/subscription counts, and renewal activities.
Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities for automated processes, improved customer experience, and prevention of financial leakage.
Support the launch of new service offerings by responding to inquiries from dealers, customers and sales managers, as well as relaying dealer feedback to Product and IT development teams.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years’ experience in operations, sales support, and/or program or account management.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems, become Subject Matter Expert on systems to train others.
Knowledge of heavy-duty distribution channels and OEM dealer structures.
Experience working cross-functionally to accomplish initiatives and projects.
Knowledge of Service and Solutions Portfolio preferred
Power BI (or equivalent system) and Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills
