Job Title: Lean/Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description

We are in search of a Lean/Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and implement various continuous improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will be expected to lead Kaizen events, implement GEMBA walks, set up Wheels, and engage in various lean activities such as PQPR, SMED, Standard Work Events, VSD (Value Stream Design) or VSM (Value Stream Mapping), PFEP, Supermarkets, Point of Use, and Hour by Hour boards. The candidate must also understand the sphere of influence (escalation process), TPM, and OEE. A key requirement for this position is the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for a 'we, not me' type of candidate.

Hard Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Certification or Yellow/Green/Black Belt

• Lead Kaizen events

• Hands-on experience specifically with leading and focusing on continuous improvement is required.

• Implement GEMBA walks

• Tier the person
