This position supports our sales team by leveraging technical expertise in physical security systems. They collaborate closely to understand customer needs, deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals, and provide expert guidance during system implementation. Serving as a key liaison, they design customized security solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices. By staying updated on emerging technologies and maintaining strong client relationships, the Field Application Engineer ensures exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction, driving business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate physical security solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, including system design, equipment specifications, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to design and customize security solutions that align with their needs and specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation and deployment of security systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on physical security technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information for accurate system design and proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and advancements in the physical security industry.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required to support the needs of the business
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the companys mission and values

WORK HOURS:Monday thru Friday overtime/weekends as required
