Randstad is hiring for a client in Greensboro for a Wrapper where you'll play a key role in receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping orders. Your day will include wrapping pipe orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and potentially operating a forklift. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items. A high school diploma or GED and at least four months of relevant experience are required. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be able to work 8 AM-4:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Manually wrap completed pipe orders using a Bander.

• Works in a safe and accident-free manner.

• Actively participates in housekeeping to keep the work area clean and orderly.

• If assigned, and you are a qualified forklift driver, unload/ load shipments safely and move product to storage locations

• Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct

• Maintain equipment and assigned areas in a neat, clean and orderly fashion

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
