Position: 

Paws Up Montana is seeking an experienced, strategic, and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement data-driven strategies that build brand awareness; enhance the online experience for prospective, current, and past guests; and drive revenue through highly effective email campaigns, website optimization efforts, paid and organic search, paid digital ads, and more.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy to distribute targeted content

  • Develop, deploy, and track email campaigns through Revinate (CRM platform), with a focus on increasing subscribers, building brand awareness, and driving revenue in need periods

  • Implement email program that aligns with travelers’ journey, focused in enhancing the pre-stay guest experience, driving incremental revenue, and nurturing post-stay relationships

  • Work closely with Ops and IT to ensure data integrity and proper segmentation

  • Regularly update content, functionality, and other key website elements to ensure an optimal user experience, increase online bookings, and drive incremental revenue

  • Manage and deploy data-driven paid digital ad strategy (Google ads, display, social, etc.)

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI

  • Own SEO/SEM strategies and execution

  • Establish KPIs across digital channels; analyze the performance of (and report out on) various marketing campaigns and efforts based on those KPIs

  • Update third-party digital websites as necessary (Virtuoso, Forbes, etc.)

  • Track online reviews and provide recommendations for effective responses

  • Support A/B testing and optimization strategies for continued performance improvement

    Looking for team members with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of success with digital marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in Revinate preferred.

  • Experience in luxury hospitality preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills (including impeccable grammar and attention to detail)

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.

  • Team player who enjoys both working independently and collaborating across departments to achieve the best result.

  • Follows industry trends and has a growth-oriented mindset.
