Location:

• Greenfield, WI

Description:

1. Customer Service

• Greet patients that come into the stores

• Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product

• Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers

• Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions

• Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians

2. Inside Sales

• Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs

• Primarily work with the walk-in customers and actively listen to their needs to pair solutions

3. Order Entry

• Taking orders and entering them into the computer system using a high degree of accuracy

• Processing orders on the back end

4. Some Light Assembly

• Occasionally will need to gather medical products, take them out of the box and put them together for the patient

• Receive unassembled equipment, unload equipment and put the equipment together using screwdrivers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to learn quickly and catch on to new tasks

• Previous face to face customer service experience and familiarity dealing with difficult clients

• Exceptional data entry skills, requiring a minimum of 40wpm typing speed with high degree of accuracy

• Energetic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Basic computer skills - Microsoft programs, email and teams

• Openness to light assembly of medical products

NICE TO HAVES:

• Retail and inside sales experience

• Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance billing processes

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
