Robert Half has partnered with the global leader in providing bolt installation tools for bridges, buildings, and large-scale industrial projects to find a strong Inside Sales Rep for the New England area. Key Responsibilities:

• Support 5 outside sales reps across the US with various administrative tasks.

• Develop sales leads through phone, fax, and email inquiries.

• Conduct research to identify and solicit potential new accounts using internal tools and subscriptions.

• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders promptly.

• Capture and manage customer information in our CRM system for effective follow-up.

• Build and maintain customer relationships by providing technical information, explanations, and suggesting related or new products.

• Respond promptly and courteously to all customer inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.

• Develop new customer relationships while supporting existing customers with order quotes, updates, and fulfillment.

• Collaborate with customers to provide project-specific solutions, ensuring their projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; no prior sales or account management experience required.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Sage, Hubspot, and MS Teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must reside in the local area. Hybrid work option available after training.
