Job Title: Test TechnicianJob Description

As a Test Technician, you will play a vital role in our Test & Development group, testing new designs and design improvements for scissor lifts and other similar construction equipment. This is not a production role. You will spend approximately 70% of your day testing hydraulics and electronics. In this hands-on role, you will also install various types of instrumentation and operate test machines in accordance with internal and external standards. Additional tasks include communicating and recording any machine issues encountered during build, supporting process improvement activities, performing tests of systems and components, troubleshooting systems, performing basic failure analysis, and fabricating test fixtures.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with a typical day running from 7am to 3:30pm, but with some flexibility. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required, based on testing needs. You will work both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. The ability to dress appropriately for the elements is essential.
