Job Title: Wet Process TechnicianJob Description

Complete daily Microbiological, Analytical and Sensory Testing of environmental samples, finished products, and intermediate materials to meet necessary release criteria. This role serves as a key member of the Microbial Daily Management program, including daily sampling of converting lines and ancillary equipment. Responsibilities include: - Understanding Quality Systems and assisting with the implementation of any new systems or validations - Conducting incoming material identification testing of raw or intermediate materials - Performing daily Micro, Analytical, and Odor labs - Aseptically processing Raw, Intermediate, and Finished Products samples for applicable microbial tests - Reading microbial test results and performing selective or differential tests as needed - Completing data reviews and release of formulations for production - Troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating equipment such as pH meter, FTIR UV/VIS spectrophotometer, and HPLC - Assisting with training and qualification of new QC Techs - Leading investigations of corrective actions or out-of-spec results - Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
