JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Director of Account Management in Green Bay to provide strategic and tactical leadership to Schneider\'s Enterprise Account Team. Senior Director of Account Management will be responsible for ensuring customer profitability and satisfaction while maintaining communication within the organization regarding market needs. Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the Enterprise Account Team through communicating key issues, providing coaching, giving feedback and making sound decisions. Collaborate with company stakeholders about customer and business needs. Monitor the competitive landscape. Create and execute an account business plan and team goals. Ensure best practices are communicated and implemented across the sales organization. Meet portfolio expansion goals. Give career coaching to develop future leaders for the organization. Provide training to team members on department policies, procedures and processes. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred. A minimum of 6 years of strategic leadership experience. Previous transportation industry experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to assess the business and drive it forward. Excellent leadership skills. Pay and benefits: Uncapped commission. Medical, dental and vision insurance.
