FORWARD SERVICE CORP Refugee Support Services Case Manager in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Looking for a unique opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact on others in your community? Forward Service Corporation is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our Refugee Support Services (RSS) Case Manager. In this role, you\'ll play a pivotal part in our mission to empower refugee communities through job placement and career advancement. Key Responsibilities: Travel throughout the Green Bay area to meet with potential employers, partners and participants. Advocate for refugees while marketing their talent to employers and provide comprehensive job development services. Conduct Job Seeker interviews and match individuals with suitable job opportunities. Assist employed participants in securing job upgrades to increase household income. Develop employability plans, offer resources, and foster job readiness. Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure holistic support. Conduct outreach to local refuges to ensure consistent caseload. Ensure program compliance through accurate documentation and reporting. Qualifications: Associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain active driver license and insurability. Demonstrated experience with creative problem solving and thinking outside the box. Ability to learn and assist refugees in job search, development, and job placement Possess the skillset to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, partners and participants. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities. Knowledge of community resources and employment networks. Ability to maintain and keep calendar up to date and organized.
