This position performs a variety of clerical duties under the general direction of the National Accounts Manager. Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate! Job Responsibilities: Answering phones Giving information to callers Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department/store Greeting visitors and informs appropriate person of their arrival Answering incoming calls, providing courteous assistance, and effectively addressing inquiries. Dispensing accurate information to callers with clarity and professionalism. Transferring calls to designated individuals, departments, or locations, ensuring seamless connectivity. Greeting visitors, promptly notifying the relevant contact of their arrival, and facilitating a smooth guest experience Performing any other clerical duties as requested by supervisor Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Customer Service skills Confidentiality Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds That\'s the promise which Pomp\'s Tire Service has made to its employees.
