General Production Worker

Job Description

• Successful employees enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while safely completing the processes associated with manufacturing order-specific profiles.

• This begins with handling raw materials, conducting quality checks, and packaging the finished product.

• Responsibilities include ensuring correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines, successfully completing line/equipment startups in a timely manner, performing color and tool changeovers, and conducting quality checks to meet client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width.

Pay

• $19-22/hour based off of experience and shift premium.

• This is a fully on-site position in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
