DAIRY QUEEN General Crew Member in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reports to: Management Team Purpose of Job: Assemble and present completed food items to guests Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain food safety standards at all times Essential Functions: HOSPITALITY Make service a priority; be aware of guest needs; friendly and helpful. Display extra effort Engage every customer with a Smile, Please, Thank You, Eye Contact, and Pleasant Demeanor Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints. Informs manager on duty of complaint to ensure the complaint has been resolved Follow all safety rules. Quickly correct and/or communicate any hazard issues to management. Ensure the back door is locked at all times Follow cash handling procedures outlined in the employee handbook PRODUCTION Follow product prep procedures and ensure that standards are met with every product May only work in the area that you are trained in and certified. Take PRIDE in the appearance of every product. Deliver products to guests with the highest standards. Turn every Blizzard upside down Weigh every third product during non-peak times to ensure products are within ounce Minimize waste Keep work areas clean by using clean as you go practices Complete area checklists and daily/weekly cleaning duties Any other items as directed by supervisor(s) SPEED OF SERVICE / ACCURACY Be efficient, self-reliant, and take initiative Understand service time goals and work to meet them Focus on meeting customer requests with 100% accuracy TEAM SKILLS Work well with others and take the initiative to assist others. Make new team members feel welcome. Practice ethical behavior and treat others with respect Communicate effectively, professionally, and positively with fellow team members and management WORK ETHIC Be on time for shifts and follow the break schedule. Have flexibility with scheduling needs. Attend all crew meetings Have a clean and neat overall appearance.
