JOB REQUIREMENTS: Repairs and maintains all rehab and DME equipment in a timely, cost-effective manner. Determines when repair or replacement is necessary and notifies the customer or Intake Representative. Maintains proper documentation on all repairs and verifies DME warranty repair request. Delivery and set up of equipment with appropriate education and instructions to the customer. Responsible for maintaining the physical and mechanical condition of company vehicles. Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers and provide a positive work environment. Keeps work area clean and organized. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience 1 year experience in the healthcare or medical field working with durable medical equipment is preferred.
