Position Description:

This position will provide high-level support to the CPO and team, ensuring well-ordered operations of the People Operations group. Manage and distribute information throughout the organization as it relates to People Operations.

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or two years related experience.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email, phone, Teams and in person.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Willingness to follow directions and complete tasks as assigned. Ability to understand and carry out clear, straightforward written or oral instructions. Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills with attention to detail

  • Proactively asks questions and implements new, more efficient procedures for document control and management. Ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborates with others and fosters a positive work environment related to teamwork.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the CPO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CPO.

  • Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages, and respond or redirect as appropriate. Organizes and maintains operational file system and files correspondence and other records.

  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR, Organizational Development, and CIT teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of team events, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares facilities, and records minutes of meetings.

  • Assist with special projects, such as company-wide initiatives and People Operations programs, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items for the CPO and direct teams.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, compile reports, and support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all People Operations-related matters.
