Sletten Companies Construction Training Program Manager in Great Falls, Montana

Sletten Companies is looking for a Training Program Manager to create and implement an all encompassing training program for new and current employees. This individual will develop training programs to guide employees with policy and procedures, construction management, safety, soft skills, as well as specific programs requested by Division Managers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and development of innovative training and development programs and materials tailored to meet the specific needs of the varying divisions

  • Incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends into program design as practical, relevant skill development

  • Conduct frequent and thorough analyses and assessments of training initiatives, providing actionable insights to enhance program effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the Executive Committee to understand training requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and goals

  • Facilitate in-person training sessions, workshops and events with enthusiasm and expertise

  • Deliver compelling presentations that captivate and educate participants, fostering a positive learning environment Develop clear and effective communication materials related to training programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with company messaging

  • Create comprehensive communication plans to promote awareness and participation in training events

  • Manage logistics, resources, and timelines to ensure seamless, on-time, and quick delivery of program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required

  • Work experience in training and development is also preferred

  • Proven expertise in program design, development and execution

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives Past leadership experience required.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed office management and organizational skills

  • A/E/C Experience Preferred

Additional Information

  • Located in Great Falls, MT or Las Vegas, NV

  • Job will require travel

  • Office environment requiring sitting and standing.
