This is a non-exempt hourly position that works out of QLC’s main office in Great Falls, MT. This position is for Saturday - Monday nights. The shifts are from 8pm-6am.This is not a work from home position. The employee will work in the main office.The primary function of the Remote Monitoring Tech is to provide oversite and supervision to clients with developmental disabilities remotely in their own homes through a live stream monitoring system during identified times of need, typically 8pm-6am. This position is relied upon to ensure their health, safety, and personal needs are being met by monitoring hazards and providing assistance via verbal prompting or dispatching of on-call or emergency services as needed. You might think you are all alone on these shifts, but you are really providing an integral support to the whole agency.Must have High School diploma.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Must be proficient in the use of Remote Monitoring System. *Must be dependable and reliable. *Must demonstrate computer literacy and be able to use all required software. *Must have ability to problem-solve and assist in decision-making, including during emergencies. *Must have the ability to work productively with individuals and other team members to develop relationships.Able to sit during scheduled shift.
