Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Administrative Assistant to join our team in an insurance office. The ideal candidate will provide front desk support and face-to-face customer service, assist customers with total loss paperwork, and handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk support in an insurance office.

  • Engage in face-to-face customer service interactions.

  • Assist customers with their total loss paperwork.

  • Obtain and handle documents from customers.

  • Process payments and enter information into the claims system.

  • Perform printing, faxing, and mailing tasks, both outgoing and incoming.

  • Order supplies, file, and organize office materials.

  • Complete tasks from the internal system/queue, including creating FedEx labels, mailing, and faxing.

Essential Skills

  • 2-3 years' experience in a face-to-face customer service role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong customer service skills, including empathy and the ability to listen and understand customer issues.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Notary certification (preferred).

Work Environment

Work in an insurance office environment. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
