Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Administrative Assistant to join our team in an insurance office. The ideal candidate will provide front desk support and face-to-face customer service, assist customers with total loss paperwork, and handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide front desk support in an insurance office.
Engage in face-to-face customer service interactions.
Assist customers with their total loss paperwork.
Obtain and handle documents from customers.
Process payments and enter information into the claims system.
Perform printing, faxing, and mailing tasks, both outgoing and incoming.
Order supplies, file, and organize office materials.
Complete tasks from the internal system/queue, including creating FedEx labels, mailing, and faxing.
Essential Skills
2-3 years' experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong customer service skills, including empathy and the ability to listen and understand customer issues.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Notary certification (preferred).
Work Environment
Work in an insurance office environment. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
