Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Reporting to the Manager, Matting, this position is responsible for operating Heavy Equipment, including but not limited to: wheel loaders, excavators, reclaimers, spreaders, and packers.

Responsibilities include the loading and unloading of trucks, laying matting, soil stabilization of locations, minor maintenance, supporting control with inventory documentation and full adherence to Horizon North safety regulations.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license;

  • All related safety tickets;

  • Able to run heavy equipment safely and efficiently

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience running a loader or excavator; and

  • Minimum of 2 years’ matting experience.
