JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting Housing Department staff in all clerical functions of the Department, including data verification tracking and input, coding of department invoices, assisting in the updating of calendars and forms, and assisting with client applications, files, and paperwork. Responsible for coordination of Department activities including assisting with meeting and training set up, travel, and taking minutes. Assists in social media and outreach campaigns.
