Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: $14 - $17 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

Are you a skilled Machine Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are building a pool of candidates for future positions with leading manufacturers in the Grand Rapids area. If you have experience operating machines, ensuring production quality, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain various production machines.

  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure work areas are clean and organized.

  • Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality.

  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed.

  • Meet production goals and maintain efficiency throughout the shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production setting.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or work orders.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

  • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machines.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • Verification of High School Diploma or GED (if available)

Shift Availability:

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Pay Details: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour
