TEKsystems Lifecycle Refresh Technician in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Description:

We are currently looking for great technicians that help support their life cycle refresh upgrade project / Windows 11 upgrade for enterprise wide for technology hardware. General technical competency is important. Equally important is someone who is customer service focused, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability. The technical process for upgrading devices for LCR (lifecycle refresh) can be taught. At the basic level, technicians will be responsible for running an SCCM script and anything more complicated would get kicked to leads. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable information technology experience with leading employers.

Travel to hospitals throughout West Michigan will occur. Need reliable transportation and will be reimbursed for mileage.
