Perform GAP analysis to analyze and document the differences between existing business processes and future business processes. Design and document business requirements and translate them into system specifications. Design business workflow models via UML techniques such as Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Sequence diagrams. Draft SQL queries to extract / access data from databases for reporting and testing purposes. Coordinate and facilitate functional testing, system testing, integration testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing. Identify requirements as Functional or Non-functional and create Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for reviewing and tracking requirements. Skills required: SQL, Jira, Mainframe, Confluence, GIT, and Bitbucket. Master's degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering (any) with 6 months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
