POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of functions, including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Invoicing, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Payroll, Vendor Management, Warehouse Oversight, Tool & Equipment tracking, and coordination as needed with other areas of our organization to develop and implement business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field

• Four years of recent relevant work experience, preferably in the Construction industry

• General knowledge/understanding of basic accounting principles

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Billing/invoicing experience

• MS Excel and Word skills

• SAGE/Peachtree Accounting experience helpful
