Group Summary
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. About the Role
Provide competent handling of daily flow of receivables as well as other accounting support work.
Your Responsibilities
Accurate processing of supplier invoices, data entry into AP module
Liaise with suppliers and other departments as needed
Complete all AP related month end functions including investigating discrepancies, reconciling intercompany balances, and preparing AP reports and analysis
Adhere to all applicable business operating system procedures.
Assists in development and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standards

Your preferred qualifications
At least 2 years practical experience in an AP, AR or general accounting position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong aptitude with computers and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
