Our client, a leader in electrical and control panel manufacturing, is seeking an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Control Panel Assembler, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Read Electrical Schematics/Wiring Diagrams: Accurately interpret and follow diagrams for panel assembly.

• Identify Electrical Components: Work with components such as breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, and overloads.

• Panel Wiring: Wire panels using wire sizes from 18 AWG to 1/0 AWG.

• Tool Usage: Operate hand tools including screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters. Use air-driven screwdrivers and torque wrenches.

• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 35 lbs consistently, read and use measuring tape accurately.

What’s Needed?

• Experience: Minimum of one year in wiring panels or electrical equipment.

• Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, proficient in using various tools.

• Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Vaccination: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless granted a medical or religious exemption.

• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs regularly.
