Materials Handler – Fabrication

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our Fabrication team in Texas. This position requires strong forklift operation skills and experience in material handling. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and has excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What’s the Job?

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished parts within the department.

• Safely operate forklifts, powered hand trucks, and hand jacks.

• Pickup and weigh line scrap from machines, record data, and properly dispose of scrap.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while adhering to safety rules.

• Train on the first shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) for one month before transitioning to the second shift (3 PM to 11 PM).

What’s Needed?

• 5 years of industrial forklift experience.

• Ability to operate power forklifts, hand trucks, and hand jacks.

• Strong understanding of safety practices in a warehouse or industrial environment.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Full COVID-19 vaccination required unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
