Lockheed Martin’s Global Supply Chain Plan & Execute Change Transformation team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem-solver to add to its team. Candidate must have a strong organizational aptitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a desire to lead projects of varying complexity, and a thorough understanding of supply chain processes throughout the procurement lifecycle. In this role, the candidate must be able to develop, facilitate, and support communications to the broader Supply Chain Organization as we approach 1LMX Go-Live. Other tasks include identification, development, and execution of strategic solutions to address supply chain issues and accelerate end-to-end processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Requirements development / management

Subcontract Management Experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

MS Office proficiency

Ability to work proactively / self-motivated

Excellent teamwork and team leadership skill

Desired Skills:

Experience with ERP systems

Global Supply Chain experience related to acquisitions, proposals, and execution of a contract

Experience with AI solutioning

Experience with gap analysis

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
