Lockheed Martin Financial Analyst Sr. /EVM Cost Mgmt /Proposal/Lvl 3/Grand Prairie TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for a position in Texas to assist with contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. Responsibilities also include developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.

This position will support a myriad of program finance functions including:

- Establishing / managing program cost baselines.

- Conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including EFS, SAP and others.

- Conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.

- Working Proposal actions / Compliance checks with Engineering

Basic Qualifications:

- Six (6) or more years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or four (4) or more years with a master's degree

- Finance background/experience

- Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

-Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel and Power Point

-Budget/Cost Management

Desired Skills:

- Earned Value Management & Proposal Experience on DOD contracts.

- LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) familiarity and understanding. Experience with EFS, SAP and Tableau

- Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge

- Knowledge of business management

- Supported Engineering & Technology from a business aspect

- Defense industry experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical, and presentation skills

- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

- Advanced Excel / database/ reporting experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
