We are looking for a reliable and skilled Material Handler to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Location: Grand Island, Nebraska Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Salary: $16/hour Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
• Ensure that all materials are stored properly and organized.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting periodic counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on material handling equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment is preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials.
