The Opportunity

[Delaware NorthParks]{contrast="none"}[and]{contrast="none"}[Resorts]{contrast="none"}[is searching for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Grand Canyon in Arizona.]{contrast="none"}As an Accounting clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, cash room, and filing. You would be joining a small team who covers many tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
• Review vendor statements and request missing invoices
• Prepare invoices for group vendors and follow up to collect payments
• Reconcile banking activity to ensure accuracy
• Respond to credit card chargebacks timely
• Perform cash room duties, including collection at the laundromat, niche audits, and preparing deposits
