SCOPE OF ROLE: The SAP IT ERP Product Lead Senior is responsible for all aspects of our SAP FICO, with primary focus on Revenue Recognition (EVA approach), including fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP functional solution, as well as providing module configuration and analysis support. As part of the SAP Center of Excellence, this position will play a key role in future SAP implementations across most segments of Regal Rexnord, as well as delivering process improvements to the business. This position will work closely with business subject matter experts as well as others within IT to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services. Candidate role is responsible for developing and delivering effective FICO solutions for our business which leverages SAP and industry standard best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the PS / CPM/ FICO (Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Revenue Recognition) functions. Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy SAP PS and Revenue Recognition (Earned Value approach) solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and stakeholders to create stand-out SAP CPM/PS/EPPM offerings powered by SAP. Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions and configuration within EPPM/CPM/PS/SAP CO.
