Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our diverse range of machinery and equipment, which includes but is not limited to saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, and air compressors.
Responsibilities
Perform both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across equipment operating at voltages up to 480V 3-phase
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems while adhering to safety standards and best practices
Possess strong technical experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in their work
Essential Skills
2-4 years industrial maintenance experience
2-4 years troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps
Experience with preventive maintenance
Experience with electrical troubleshooting
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Basic understanding/knowledge in 480V 3-phase electrical troubleshooting, including LOTO and the ability to use a voltmeter
Basic understanding/knowledge of HVAC systems and/or how PLCs work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Industrial certificates or degrees
Ability to troubleshoot 480V 3-phase
Ability to read/interpret schematics

Work Environment
This role is within a cabinet manufacturing company where areas can be dusty with strong acetone/paint smells. This is a Contract position based out of Goshen, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
