This is a hybrid role that requires in office work in the Goodlettsville, TN office several days per week.

The Account Analyst, will be responsible for providing project and service support to clients and their teams, and for facilitating day-to-day project management, execution, and reporting. The Account Analyst will also act as a resource to support the efforts of sales executives and Account Managers for servicing and managing a specific account or segment of business. By working within a team environment, the Account Analyst will help achieve the goals of accurate project execution, meeting target margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
Support Account Managers by maintaining a working knowledge of client programs, objectives, and expectations
Create and develop summary reports for clients and analyze client data to improve existing service programs
Identify issues and work in conjunction with Account Managers and field support personnel during the issue resolution process
Ensure internal timelines are met and that changes are communicated appropriately
Work with clients to create project-specific merchandise plans/planograms within specifications
Schedule and attend audits with field managers to determine client program objectives
Actively participate in client service team meetings
Attend and actively participate in client and field annual/bi-annual meetings
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
1 - 2 years of retail merchandising and customer service experience required
Background in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management is highly desired
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 10% travel is required for the Account Analyst.
Overnight stays may be required throughout the work week as dictated by business objectives and district boundaries
