Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will be involved in the fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware. This includes tasks such as mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and working with flight Ground Support Equipment in accordance with flight drawings, procedures, quality standards and internal training. You will be assisting engineers in flight/prototype hardware manufacture, test infrastructure development, and documentation of assembly and test procedures. You'll also be responsible for identifying and communicating non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance. Your role will also involve working with facilities and maintenance to ensure timely repair and maintenance of production equipment and collaborating with manufacturing engineering to optimize manufacturing orders and process instructions.
