Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking an Associate Director - Program Manager (PM) to support a highly visible and complex area within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) portfolio focused on both domestic and international customers , supporting other major primes and has products in all facets of the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will be expected to set strategy , vision and direction for effective implementation focused on overall product affordability, product integrity, on-time deliveries to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth . This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.

What You Will Do

  • Account for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation , and Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs

  • Coordinate and align interactions, expectation , and transactions between customers and other primes

  • Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas

  • Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts

  • Manage risk , opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance

  • Support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience

  • Experience leader with direct reports and cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management , Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support ) and/or administrative functions

  • Program management experience guiding development, transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs

  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management resources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management , Scope Board, or similar business processes

  • Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders

  • Expert level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite resources

  • A n active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Certification

  • Demonstrated results creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers , government representatives, primes and internal peers

  • Experience working with U.S. Air Force , Navy, DoD primes. FMS partners and other customers on government programs (large/ complex ) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external

  • Experience developing and implementing execution , coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs

  • Experience working oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary

The salary range for this role is 158,000 USD - 316,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
