We are hiring picker/packers to work for a great company in Goldsboro, NC. You can expect to work under the day to day guidance of the warehouse supervisor. We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in the manufacturing industry, today!

salary: $12 - $12.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate will manually move freight, stock, and other materials. The Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products.

• Manually load and unload freight.

• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area.

• Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.

• Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.

• Maintain a clean, neat, order work area.

• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

• Conduct operations in a manner, which promotes safety.

• Participate in physical inventories, as needed.

• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
