Responsibilities Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Calvary Center Coop in Golden Valley, MN! This repairs position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building. The schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks

• Full time, day shift

• Weekends as needed! On Call for maintenance emergencies

• Performs routine maintenance duties

• Performs general repairs

• Performs other duties as assigned and directed

• On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Required:

• Special Boiler License required upon hire

• Boilers License 2-C (required within 18 months of hire date)

• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

• One to three years of previous experience

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Working knowledge of boiler plants and domestic hot water system

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related

• Three to five years of previous experience

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $24.77 - $34.97 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
