ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Inside Sales Associates will support the execution of Virtual Therapy Awareness (VTA) strategies and procedures aimed at increasing physician awareness. This includes direct support of outbound lead generation efforts, physician meeting acquisition, and schedule coordination with the Inside Sales Manager. Inside Sales Associates report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Therapy Awareness, Inspire Medical Systems. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Outbound lead generation: Cold call, email, and distribute physical mail to assigned physician targets. Maintain quality records of efforts and results. Maintain accurate follow up schedules and cadence with targets. Nurture leads to secure time on their schedules. Work to attain quarterly and annual key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide actionable insight, contributing to the continued development of the VTA program and goal achievement Relationship development: Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers. Execute and nurture custom campaigns as needed to support strategic initiatives identified by the field team. Admin: Document efforts in the Virtual Therapy Awareness CRM. Schedule physician meetings via Microsoft Teams and ensure details are accurate (time zones, etc.) Manage reminders for internal customers for upcoming physician meetings WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years sales experience High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas Excellent written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Experience operating within a CRM Proven record of working effectively with sales teams Strong organization and time management skills. Preferred: Experience with sleep medicine Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and vendors Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills SALARY The salary for this position is expected to be between ($22.16/hr - $33.17/hr) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
