As Medical Director , you will lay the foundation for a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassionate care , while leading a dedicated team committed to transforming mental and behavioral health services in the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & Lead – Develop trauma-informed psychiatric programs, recruit and mentor top clinical talent, and oversee medical staff.

• Shape Culture & Standards – Establish a forward-thinking, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical environment.

• Drive Excellence – Ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Advance Innovation – Design and implement progressive treatment models that improve outcomes and expand access to care.

• Be a Strategic Leader – Work closely with executive leadership to drive long-term growth and success.

What You Bring:

• Proven Leadership – 5+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with a track record of innovation and team-building.

• Board Certification – In Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, or Psychiatry.

• NYS Medical License – Active and in good standing.

• Strategic Vision – Ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions to shape the future of care.
