About the Role

In this role, you will be accountable for the development process and strategy execution for the assigned teams. You will also be responsible to execute the overall country and mill/vendor strategy for the department in partnership with the relevant internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Execute data analytics to understand business and create visibility to enable decision making

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

  • Create reports, draw insights and drive actionable outcomes and resolution in collaboration with cross functional teams

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes, configuring business rules, synthesizing data and performing quality checks to create error-free deliverables

  • Develop domain expertise to become increasingly independent in creating insights

  • Reporting: Own & Manage Data warehouse /Reporting systems/Dashboards

  • Navigate through large volume of datasets coming out of different tools to derive powerful insights & recommendations

  • Support in preparing presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management

  • Manage relationships with mills/vendors and support vendor allocation & networking strategy along with overall capacity management across different categories

  • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement in fabric/product/vendor development, process management and overall sourcing procedures

  • Develop analytical skills to exchange complex information to manage different business strategies

  • Manage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensures quality of work

Who You Are

  • Proven success in applying fully functional professional knowledge in global fabric/product/vendor development and understands design, merchandising, and global sourcing landscape

  • Strong analytic skill and Strategy management

  • Ability to drive results through planning and prioritizing along with influencing others and providing recommendations & solutions

  • Anticipate operational/program issues and develops preventative measures
