Job Title: MFG Operator, KR

Summary:Manufacturing operation in Hwaseong site

Responsibilities Include:

Comply with all environmental protection, safety regulations and health procedures required by the company as no. 1 priority.Actively participate in company-recommended 5S (Sort, Simplify, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) activitiesManufacturing activities in Plant - Continuously Check and keep the production schedule

• Pro-actively check and study about the risk of chemical materials- Be fully aware of and adhere to the production SOP (Standard of Process)- Be sure to learn how to operate the production facilities and auxiliary facilities safely before starting the production operations.- Report immediately when the production is abnormal,- Participate pro-actively in resolving issues in production- Record the production results and enter them in SAP after production

  • Thorough management of material and facility, cleaning and sorting of production facilities

Environment of Workstation

• Clean Room : 1000 class level Clean Room. Operator have to wear Dustproof clothing and execute the Mixing / Filtering /packaging process in Clean Room

• UV Room: 1000 class level Clean Room with using yellow light for UV protection. Operator have to wear Dustproof clothing and execute the Mixing / Filtering /packaging etc process in Clean Room

• Powder Mixing Room: Mainly handling powder such as inorganic / metallic compound. Operator have to wear PPE to protect from Dust and execute mixing and compounding process.

Other Tasks

• Product packaging and labelling

• Record log sheet and record in SAP

• Disassemble &assemble, Clean Pump & Filter

• Register vendor and order production supplies

• Support the management of raw materials and finished goods in Warehouse
