Job Description Summary

The Compensation Services Specialist delivers services supporting GE Aerospace compensation programs and processes for a large geographic region. Manages process queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely and professional manner. Ensures delivery in a professional, high quality and efficiency manner. Delivers and may guide less experienced team members in service delivery standards, expectations, and established metrics. Provides continuous improvement focus to improve customer service levels and delivery of efficient processes and services.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides compensation program support and services across a large geographic region. Ensures performance to established standards and performance metrics.

  • Manages day to day support for Compensation related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalation, and program/event support.

  • Support the Advanced Compensation annual process including testing, EIB creation, and data validations.

  • With a focus to customer service, interacts directly with functional stakeholders, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services and standard work.

  • May handle sensitive issues and communication when working through day-to-day issues.

  • May be required to manage competing priorities requiring analysis, interpretation, and development of solutions to complex problems.

  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and with a view to sharing knowledge with other members of the team.

  • Learns and applies Lean principles in maintenance of functional standard work.

  • Builds relationships with COE partners, customers, and end users to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through functional services and processes.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources & Service Delivery.

  • Workday Knowledge in the Core and Advanced Compensation product

  • Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; quick adaptability to systems, tools, and processes

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $96,900-161,500. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 2 2024.
