We are very excited to welcome aChange Management Specialist.

The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

The primary responsibility of a Change Management Specialist is to assist in the develop of and to implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

What You will do:

  • Coordinate change management assessments

  • Participate in the development of and execution of actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Resistance Management and Training Plans

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Track and report issues

  • Provide on-going support to the organizational as they move through change

About You:

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Psychology or Certification in Change Management

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus

  • Willingness to take initiative, be hands on and result driven

  • People person – looking for engagement

  • Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

  • Proven proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
